Bill graduated from the University of Oregon in 2004 and began his appraisal career in 2006. Bill spent over eight years at PGP Valuation (later Colliers International) before joining Appraisal & Consulting Group in 2014. During this time he has appraised a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family and residential subdivisions. Additionally, Bill has extensive experience in the valuation of manufactured housing communities, RV parks, self-storage, and RV storage. Bill has completed appraisal assignments throughout the Pacific Northwest and is licensed in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

In his free time, Bill enjoys rock climbing, skiing and snowboarding, playing soccer, cooking and taking on all challengers at ping pong.
