Jason began appraising commercial real estate in 1999 at a regional and (later) national real estate appraisal company. He began as a staff appraiser but eventually managed an assistant until 2009. Afterwards Jason worked for a local firm before starting his own appraisal business. In 2019 he decided to join a growing, independent appraisal firm and merged his business into Appraisal & Consulting Group. Mr. Chin has worked on a variety of property types (for both appraisals and appraisal reviews) including: retail, office, industrial, apartments, vacant land, hotels/motels, and other special use properties.

My dog is a stray that I found while on vacation in Loreto, Mexico. He’s been in the U.S. for a while, but it seems he hasn’t mastered English because he typically doesn’t obey my commands.
